Painting as a gift of Thonet Inc.Germany to the Japanese design partner A.I.D.E.C for 20 years partnership. Acryl on canvas, 80x60cm. My idea for this artwork was a fictive journay of the company founder Mr. Thonet in 1878 to Japan in the style of then centemporary Japanese woodcuts.
